The company was founded by Jakub J. Legiezinski and his french investment partners as Fabrice & Weinroth Immobilien in Hamburg, in Germany. The company grew fast on the home real estate market in Hamburg and became very successful in real estate trading & conciliating.
2013 – 2015
Fabrice & Weinroth Immobilien had highly specialized in off-market real estate in Germany and Poland. The company listed a high number of investors from Germany, Poland, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg, USA and Great Britain.
2016 - the present day
The founder Jakub J. Legiezinski purchased all holdings from his French shareholders. He decided to extend the real estate investment business and set the focus on the main markets in Germany and Poland. Recently the company has intensified their business in Berlin and in Poland.
Rebranding to Fabrice & Weinroth Investment The company is absolutely focused on o -market real estate investments trading and conciliate.
On the 9th of September 2017, a new o ce has been opened in Berlin / Kurfürstendamm 234.
